How we renew your accounts
If you have a successful pledge on Patreon, know that we are in the process of manually synchronizing your account renewals on the website (MyLovelyWriter). Any email prompts you get for renewal should be ignored, so long as your status is green.
We assure you that we are NOT charging you unfairly and that any doubled payments are subjected to either;Â a) refund or b) compensation.
We handle all account troubles with enthusiasm at customerservice@mylovelywriter.com and we’ll be happy to be of service to you should you encounter any problems concerning your account status.
We are proud to bear CANDOR and VERITY at every shift so we are willing to turn over any information upon request concerning your payment details and account transactions should you lack access to them. Just email us at team@mylovelywriter.com for any inquiries.

We will NEVER charge you anything without your consent and should it happen, we will be happy to resolve the issue.
Please understand that Patreon and the website are not connected so any payments processed here have to be handled by a real person to be transferred to the website at your expense. This is why we recommend transferring pledges and payments to the website instead of Patreon to ensure that any transaction concerning the novels and the author will be automated and handled automatically by the system.

We are learning from our mistakes and are having reformations/changes planned to further streamline the experience on the website. I am aware it’s still a little bumpy at this point and I apologize for having you guys become the guinea pigs for our improvement.

- The email notifications to be received in the future will be enclosed with a notice on Patreon pledges so as to not shock you about having just paid and the system saying you need to pay. This is so you don’t react like this:

- We are also planning on an account landing page upon login with all the membership directories and important links, updates, and website-wide changes to make sure the information is accessible to you with a touch.
- Please do watch out for our announcements through email notification to make sure any changes with your account (either by you, by us, or the system) will be readily sent to you. If you have problems receiving emails, please add us to your contacts to make sure our emails don’t go to your spam folder.

And I am going to be really angry if I lose my subscription tomorrow. These mails can give u a heart attack! How are we supposed to know that we don’t need to do anything and our subscriptions are safe? First I get a privlagemremoval email and now this! This is really getting weird…
