Do you offer refunds?

Unless it’s a doubled or unauthorized transaction, we do not offer refunds. We try to protect our content and refunds cost us extra on transaction fees as well, so we try to avoid is as much as possible. In any case, please get in touch with us and we’ll get to assisting you soonest we can.

How does a subscription cycle work?

AS OF DECEMBER 2018, YOU CAN NOW RENEW YOUR SUBSCRIPTION ON THE SAME DAY YOU SUBSCRIBED.

That means that if you subscribed on November 10, your membership will renew on December 10 and so on.

Will I get access to my chapters even after my membership halts?

Unfortunately, our subscriptions are not formatted to grant eternal access to the chapters you’ve already read. This means that, in case you are moved to Free Membership or downgraded to lower membership, the chapters accessible to you will be lost as well depending on where you went.

Ex: you availed Celeste and got access to Chapter 100. If you downgrade to a Guard membership, you’ll revert to Chapter 60.

How often do I need to pay?

Membership is billed per month.

Can I Cancel My Subscription After a Month?

Yes, you can. Please remember though not to select AUTODEBIT upon checkout. And if you have subscribed to autodebit, please make sure to cancel it as well after you cancel your subscription.
