There are certain measures we must take to put the upgrade in place as we cannot merely transfer you and risk incurring errors in your account in the future. If you are interested in this upgrade, you can simply reply to the email you will be receiving.

Here is a gist of what may happen:

1. If you have any automatic profiles enabled on PayPal, we will have to ask you to cancel it first. Not cancelling automatic profiles can lead to a confusion in the system that may result to you being pulled back to your previous group or doubled charges.
2. If you want an automatic profile that will renew your account for you, we can help you reregister. Alternatively, to save some time, we have instructions on our FAQ page regarding what you can do. We are very open to questions as well.
3. Reregistering is honestly a simple process. You just have to take note of a) your group password, and b) your group registration link which we will include in an email after you confirm your intentions of upgrade and transfer. Our registration portals for each group are different. This is so you don’t accidentally enter the wrong one.
